KETO BREAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ¾ Cups Almond Meal
  • 1/3 Cup Morlife Psyllium Husk Powder
  • ¼ Cup Morlife Organic Hulled Hemp Seeds + 1 tsp for topping (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Morlife Organic Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 egg whites (beaten)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sesame seeds (topping) optional

STEP BY STEP

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix first dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  3. Boil water and add it with apple cider vinegar to the dry mixture. It will become very sticky.
